-There’s a “new” iced/creamed drink at Starbucks that’s pretty much a green tea smoothy. I approve most highly.
-There’s little better than the West Wing when it was in it’s prime.
This whole dropping soda from the diet has been…a revelation.
Not only has the desire for soda left me, but my tastes for sweets seems to be on the decline as well.
I recently discovered Lipton’s Green Tea with Citrus, and while I’m sure it’s loaded with sugar, it just tastes better to me. I’m also back to downing about 120oz. of water a day. Tea and water with an occasional juice has been all I’ve been drinking as of late.
I was tempted by a root beer earlier this week, but with my massive water mug handy, I was able to abstain.
