I just cannot shake this “all the time tired” thing I have going on. No matter what I do , I always seem to wake up tired and move through the day like a zombie.
I have spurts of energy, but nothing sustained.
I’ve been getting some good sleep (especially for me) and have been going to be early with the purpose of trying to combat this.
Help?

Have you gone to see a doctor? Maybe there’s an allergy or something you don’t know about.
My doctors sort of “know” why, it’s just finding a way to combat it.
Oh, well, if they don’t know how to treat it…not sure that I’m very qualified…
You try exercising? I’ve found when I feel tired, physical activity actually helps.
Maybe several small meals instead of a few big ones? And try eating less processed stuff, more closer to nature things: fruits, veg, a little protein here and there (meat, peanut butter) but not too much, etc.
A few naps here and there? Start meditating or yoga?
Exercise sounds good, too, but real low impact, low aerobic expenditure - walking, for example.
No idea if it will help, just a stab in the dark…
