…and I already don’t like them.

I really dislike the process of looking for new frames. Most of anything I get ends up hurting after awhile anyway, so I just tend to get whatever the most comfortable thing is.

This pair is a set of “Clark Kents”. Big, black frames with a really square look. I sort of like the looks of them (at least more than the others I was looking at) but I end up looking like Cory Doctorow with a beard. There were a couple of other pairs they had that I may take a look at this weekend. Gotta love that 30-day guarantee.

Used to be I’d get one of two styles. Either some black horn-rims or just Lennon specs. They don’t seem to make either anymore.

It was brought to my attention that I tend to complain or gripe a bit much on this blog. While I feel that is MY RIGHT (grumble-grumble), I thought I’d take a moment to review some of the good things in my life:

-My wife. The most wonderful and beautiful woman to walk to the face of the earth.

-My sons. I still cannot believe I have sons.

-My brother. ‘Nuff said.

-My friends. A few truly outstanding individuals that I would do anything for.

-My job(s). I have a primary gig that I really enjoy that allows me to do other things that are important to me.

-My wife’s job. It enables her to do so much that she loves.

So…good start?
