They merely wanted to give the VP’s office a heads-up. Hmmm. Wonder why they didn’t extend the same courtesy to the President’s office? Or perhaps that’s one of the VP’s jobs; passing along messages to the President?
Cheney I believe has said that he is donating any gains/earnings received from his Haliburton holdings to charity.–>
